BYSA Baseball Evaluation Announcement for Saturday, February 24

Good morning!
BYSA Evaluations will take place this Saturday, February 24, 2024. Below is important information about Saturday's evaluation event.
Location: Benton High School Baseball Field
Address: 1800 Benton Parkway, Benton, AR 72015
Evaluation Schedule:
- 5/6 League - 10:00 a.m.
- 7/8 League - 12:00 p.m.
- 9/10 League - 1:30 p.m.
- 11/12 League - 3:00 p.m.
- 13-15 League - 4:00 pm.
What to wear: Players are not required to wear a baseball uniform, but they will need to dress in WARM athletic attire. Kids may wear tennis shoes, molded cleats, or turf shoes. We will be outdoors. Please plan accordingly.
What to expect: You will check in with our registrars when you arrive. Those who have not registered or paid may do so on Saturday. You MUST come Saturday to register, as there will no longer be an opportunity to register after this weekend since teams will be drafted immediately following evaluations. Parents are welcome to watch evaluations but will need to stay off the playing field unless you are coaching. Parents/family may sit in the bleachers to watch. Only players and coaches will be allowed on the playing field, dugout, or bullpen areas.
4/5 T-Ball League: This age group is the only one that DOES NOT have evluations. Parents will be contacted by a coach once these kids have been placed on a team.

Benton Baseball Spring Evaluations will be held on Febraury 24th at the Benton Athletic Complex. The address is:

The schedule is below:
5-6 Year Old 9:00 AM
7-8 Year Old 10:30 AM
9/10 Year Old 1:00 PM
11/12 Year Old 2:30 PM
13-15 Year Old 3:30 PM
ALL COACHES PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR AGE GROUP STARTS.

Registration will also be available at evaluations, please arrive 15 minutes early to get registered if you were unable to sign up before evaluations.
